Chapter Ten
Donte
I think I could die a happy man. Watching Sable and Savannah together was my most fantastic fantasy come to life. Iâd never seen anything so sexy. We spent the rest of the day in bed, alternating between all of us and one on one. Even Savannah said she was getting off on watching Sable and me together. I couldnât believe how easily we had all just come together. It was weird; Mother fate had outdone herself.
When we dragged ourselves out of bed the following day, my mind was full of everything I had to do. First, I needed to go and speak to Obsidian. I was going to need to take some time off. I wanted to sort out everything with Connell. Then I had to talk to Anghus about getting us a bigger house. The apartment we currently were in was a one bedroom. It had suited us when it was just Savannah and me, but now that we had Sable and possibly a child on the way, we needed something larger.
I had some savings that we had put away, so I knew we would be able to purchase a bigger house on the Devilâs Advocates compound. We needed to really talk about where we wanted to go to. There was just so much to do.
I dragged myself out of bed and turned to see Sable and Savannah migrate into the center of the bed toward each other. It was amazing at the pull they seemed to have. I loved it. Moving into the shower, I glanced at the mating mark Sable left on my chest, opposite Savannahâs. I smiled as I fingered the spot. I couldnât believe that this was real.
Chuckling to myself, I got washed and dried before dressing in a fresh pair of jeans and a t-shirt. Savannah and Sable were still asleep. I crept to the bed and placed a small kiss on either of their cheeks. Savannah moaned in her sleep while Sable let out a sigh and tightened her arms around Savannahâs waist. I smiled. My girls. Damn, I was a fucking lucky man.
By the time I reached Obsidian Mechanics, my head was a little clearer, and I had a list going with everything I needed to do. I pulled up outside and strode into the office, where Alena was printing off the day's to-do list. She glanced up and gave me a wicked grin.
âWell, if it isnât the man of the hour,â she said with a laugh.
I chuckled and rapped my knuckles on the desk in front of her. âIs Obsidian in?â
âSure is; I think he is waiting for you with excitement,â Alena said with another laugh.
I barked out a laugh and nodded my head. So, it seems that my news has traveled fast. I wondered who I might have to thank for that one. Anghus probably, he was the biggest gossip going. I walked over to Obsidianâs office and knocked lightly on the door. When I heard him call out, I swung the door open with a smile.
